I use high quality European spruce and cedar. A wide variety of woods are available for the back and sides, as most common and used are rosewood, maple, mahogany, ziricote, walnut, paduk, but others can be used as well, please inquire.
All my classic guitars are finished with shellac, but other options are available, such as a hybrid finish (shellac top, back and sides, and neck varnish for example).
